Switzerland in Eurovision 2025: Singer Zoë Më took the stage for her second rehearsal with the song “Voyage”. Stay updated with all the reports from Basel, Switzerland

The Swiss singer Zoë Më was the thirteenth act to rehearse today on the Eurovision 2025 stage with her song “Voyage“. She will perform in the first semi-final on May 13th between song number 14 (Croatia) and song number 15 (Cyprus), and as song number 19 in the grand final to be held on May 17th.

In the video released from rehearsal, Zoë Më is seen singing and looking forward while the camera films her from the side. The camera slowly circles so that Zoë looks at it as she sings into the microphone. The background is black and dark, and she is lit with natural, warm, and intimate lighting. She sings gently, moving her head with the rhythm of her singing. Zoë wears natural makeup and a dress with an off-the-shoulder top in blue, red, and black, adorned with black stones. It appears to be the beginning of the song, and this is how the opening will look to viewers at home.

Switzerland at Eurovision 2025: More details about the rehearsal performance

Since Switzerland did not have a national selection and Zoë Më and her song were chosen internally, there is no previous performance to compare to. It is clear she wants to preserve the intimate atmosphere of her song in the performance as well. There are no pyrotechnics, flames, treadmills, dragons, or wind machines. She remains natural, even in the lighting, which, according to the photos, also shifts to blue at a certain point. The entire performance will focus on her and will likely look very different to the audience at home compared to the audience in the arena. Zoë Më is undoubtedly a very strong vocalist and sings every note perfectly.

Eurovision 2025: This will be Switzerland’s 65th participation in Eurovision. Switzerland joined the contest in 1956, was one of the seven founding countries, and has won three times over the years. Switzerland’s most recent victory was at the last Eurovision, 2025, with Nemo and the song “The Code”. This win follows Switzerland’s previous victory in 1988 with the song “Ne partez pas sans moi”, performed by the international singer Céline Dion.
