Estonia at Eurovision 2026: Vanilla Ninja will perform the song “Too Epic To Be True” in the first semi-final on May 12th in Vienna, Austria. Listen to the song.

Too Epic To Be True” is the song that will be performed by the girl group Vanilla Ninja, which will represent Estonia at Eurovision 2026 to be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th and 16th. The song was written by Estonian composer Sven Lõhmus, who wrote many songs that represented Estonia at Eurovision in 2005, 2009, 2011, 2017, and also the song that represented Estonia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2024.

The band is dressed in white outfits, and the performance begins with vibrant energy and an uplifting atmosphere. The lead vocalist delivers the song with solid precision and notable control. The stage direction is striking and makes them stand out among the other contestants. During the second chorus, they step onto a platform to continue the performance. In the bridge before the final chorus, a “Kiss-Cam” turns to the audience, showing two people kissing — a visual moment meant to emphasize the song’s message and add emotional depth.

The song “Too Epic To Be True” conveys a message of discovering an unexpected and extraordinary kind of love that feels almost mythical. Its lyrics describe a powerful and surprising connection between two people — a kind ofspark” that seems to shape their story as if destiny itself wrote it. The song evokes admiration for that bond, presenting it as both overwhelming and genuine, too grand to be real yet profoundly clear to the narrator. There is also an element of emotional release — a sense of liberation and reduced restraint — that emerges when love enters one’s life, reshaping priorities and revealing the wild, rock’n’roll side of the singer’s persona. The overarching message blends intense love, fateful surprise, and the thrilling notion of a once-in-a-lifetime chance that feels almost like a legend.

Lyrics – “Too Epic To Be True”

Too epic to be true
But here I am with you
The spark between us
Wrote the plot for us
Too epic to be true

Maybe this could be heaven
Maybe I’m just a fool
Maybe we’re closer than we think
And I’ve got a clear view

When I said I loved you
I meant it
It is not so hard to believe it

Too epic to be true
But here I am with you
The spark between us
Wrote the plot for us
Too epic to be true

Maybe I am so reckless
I don’t play by the rules
Maybe we’re closer than we think
And we’ve got the clear view

When I said I loved you
I meant it
It is not so hard to believe it

Too epic to be true
But here I am with you
The spark between us
Wrote the plot for us
Too epic to be true

My life was uncontrolled
Pure rebel rock’n roll
Before you came to me, like that

Too epic to be true
But here I am with you
The spark between us
Wrote the plot for us
Too epic to be true

Too epic, too epic, too epic, epic to be true
Too epic, too epic, too epic, epic to be true
The spаrk between us, wrote the plot for uѕ
Too epic to be true
