Tonight at 20:00 CET, Montenegro’s “Montesong 2025”, will take place. at its conclusion the Montenegrian entry for Eurovision 2026 will be chosen.This is the second year that the competition serves as Montenegro’s national final, following the country’s return to Eurovision last year after a two year absence. the winning entry will be selected to represent Montenegro at Eurovision 2026, to be held in Vienna, Austria.
A total of 15 songs will compete in tonight’s final. The winner will be determined by a combination of jury voting (50%) and public voting (50%). This year, voting is open to everyone, unlike last year when it was limited to Montenegrin citizens only. In addition, there is no restriction on the language of the songs this year, compared to last year when entries were required to include at least 51% of their lyrics in Montenegrin.
The competition will take place at RTCG’s Veliki Studio, located in the capital city, Podgorica. The show will be hosted by three presenters: Dajana Golubović Pejović and Jelena Božović as the main hosts, with Andrea Šekularac hosting from the Green Room. The event is expected to deliver a spectacular and exciting show, with the winner announced live toward the end of the evening following the vote tally.
Mmontenegro will be the second country to selecet a song for Eurovision 2026, after Albania chose Alis with his song “Nân” (in English: “Mother”) and the third to select an artist after Alis and Antigoni, who will represent Cyprus.

Who Should We Watch Out for Tonight?
In a poll on the site, the readers decided that the favorite to represent Montenegro at Eurovision 2026 is singer Tamara Živković,who is competing in the national final with the song “Nova Zora” (Englis: A New Dawn). The singer won the poll with 47.54% of votes. Second place with 21.31% went to the duo Lana x Đorđe with the song “Temperatura”, and third place with 13.11% went to Đurđa with the song “Dominos”.
The EuroMix team listened to the songs and agreed with the readers’ choice, selecting Tamara Živković as the singer worthy to represent Montenegro at the upcoming Eurovision. Second place was awarded to Maida Božović, who was ranked fifth by the readers. According to YouTube views, Neno Murić leads by a significant margin with approximately 104,000 views. In second place in terms of views are Lana x Đorđe with around 75,000 views, while Tamara Živković ranks third with approximately 69,000 views.

- Andrea Demirović – represented Montenegro at Eurovision 2009 with the song “Get Out of My Life”, finishing 11th in the semi-final.
