Rêve, born Briannah Charlie Donolo, is a highly successful Canadian singer and songwriter. She grew up in Montreal and currently resides in Toronto. After gaining widespread recognition through social media videos, she released her debut single “Still Dancing”.

A few months later, Rêve released her biggest hit to date, “Ctrl + Alt + Del”, which has already accumulated over 66 million streams on Spotify. The track earned her a coveted Juno Award, a Canadian music honor widely considered the local equivalent of the American Grammy Awards. Additionally, she received two other nominations for Breakthrough Artist of the Year and the Fan Choice Award. The singer also recently performed at the FIFA Fan Festival in Toronto as part of the World Cup 2026 events hosted in the country.

Canada’s Path to Eurovision 2027

As a reminder, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney previously announced that the country will not select its entry through an internal selection, but rather through a format involving the public at home. New details regarding the planned Canadian national selection are expected to be released in the coming months. For now, fans must wait and see if Rêve will be among the competing acts and potentially become Canada’s historic first-ever Eurovision representative.
