
The Bulgarian national broadcaster BNT has revealed the Eurovision 2027 Core Team for Burgas, featuring Ilias Kokotos and Marvin Dietmann.
The Bulgarian national broadcaster BNT has officially moved preparations for Eurovision 2027 into the operational phase following the reveal of the Core Team that will lead the production in host city Burgas. BNT Director General Milena Milotinova presented the organizational structure during the Eurovision Workshop held in Montenegro, leading the project management on behalf of the host national broadcaster.
Production Leadership and Artistic Management
Under the BNT Director General stand the two main production pillars, alongside notably intriguing appointments for the television broadcast:

Austrian creative Marvin Dietmann – Head of Show & Contest, who will manage the artistic and competitive direction
Ilias Kokotos served as the spokesperson for the winning Bulgarian delegation at Eurovision 2026 as well as its project manager, while also managing projects for the renowned “Dream Team”. He has produced Greek and Cypriot entries in the contest in recent years, including “Liar” by Silia Kapsis, “Die Together” by Amanda Tenfjord, as well as “Last Dance” and “SUPERG!RL” by Stefania.
Marvin Dietmann, who also served as Head of Contest at Eurovision 2026, brings extensive contest experience. He has worked as a creative director for Eurovision since 2011 and is a renowned director in the competition who has staged numerous successful entries. He is also the founder of the company Motions by Dietmann, responsible for auditions for singers, dancers, and performers in the show. The Austrian creative has acted as artistic director for over 30 Eurovision entries since 2011 and served as the lead director for Junior Eurovision. Among his notable stagings are “Rise Like A Phoenix” by Conchita Wurst, the winning Austrian entry in 2014; “Space Man” by Sam Ryder for the United Kingdom in 2022; and “Baller” by Abor & Tynna for Germany in 2025. Dietmann is also known as the partner of Kaleen, the Austrian representative at Eurovision 2024 with the song “We Will Rave“, who served as Senior Stage Director and Assistant Head of Contest at Eurovision 2026.
