Nina Žižić, Montenegro’s Eurovision 2025 representative, revealed new details about her upcoming performance in Basel, Switzerland, and is actively promoting her song “Dobrodošli” ahead of the contest.

Nina Žižić, Montenegro’s representative for Eurovision 2025 with the song “Dobrodošli” (translated as “Welcome”), shared details about her staging and costume during an appearance on the Serbian TV show Jutro na BLIC. The singer confirmed she will wear an entirely white outfit, similar to her performance at Montenegro’s national selection.

Žižić also explained that the black dress she wore in the revamped version of her song’s music video was chosen to create contrast with the original while maintaining the overall aesthetic of her Eurovision entry. Additionally, she confirmed that she will perform solo on stage without dancers or backing vocalists. Her vocal and emotional delivery will be complemented by impactful graphics and background visuals to bring the song’s narrative to life. The stage atmosphere in Basel will mirror the ambiance of her national selection performance.

Promotional Tour and Excitement for Eurovision

The singer expressed her excitement about her upcoming performance. She is scheduled to appear at four pre-Eurovision parties throughout April in Amsterdam, Manchester, London, and Madrid. Nina Žižić has also been promoting her song in Serbia through appearances on TV and radio shows. This promotional effort may be influenced by the close relationship between Montenegro and Serbia, as Serbia often awards high points to Montenegro when both countries compete in the same semi-final. This year, Serbia and Montenegro will again compete in the same semi-final (the second one), which is set to take place on May 15.

Preparing for Basel

The Montenegrin delegation will travel to Basel on May 4 to prepare for Eurovision 2025. Nina Žižić will perform in the second semi-final on May 15, aiming to captivate audiences with her heartfelt presentation.

Nina Žižić Who Are You?

Nina Žižić, a 39-year-old Montenegrin singer, began her musical career as a member of the girl group Negre.

She is no stranger to Eurovision, having represented Montenegro alongside the duo Who See at Eurovision 2013 in Malmö, Sweden, with the song “Igranka“. Despite the song’s popularity and fourth-place ranking in public votes, low jury scores prevented it from reaching the final.
