The Directing Team and Artistic Approach

The singer confirmed that her performance will be directed by a well-known trio: Dalibor IvankovićBoris Subotić, and Aleksandar Maričić – the same team behind her staging at the national selection “Montesong.” According to Nina, alongside her vocal and emotional delivery, the background and graphics will play a crucial role in bringing the song’s story to life. As in the national selection, the staging in Basel will reflect the same atmosphere.

Behind the scenes are some prominent names from the Balkan music scene. Dalibor Ivanković is an artistic director, choreographer, and dancer who contributed to several standout performances in this year’s national selections, including Tamara Živković’s “Poguban let” at the Montenegrin selection and Bojana X David’s “Šesto čulo” at Serbia’s “Pesma za Evroviziju 2025.”

Boris Subotić, the songwriter for Nina’s Eurovision 2025 entry, is also a singer and lyricist who participated in other works this year, such as “Poguban let” and “Šesto čulo.” Subotić himself competed in the Serbian selection with “Nedostupan” in 2023 and “Vrati mi” in 2022.

The Montenegrin delegation will travel to Basel on May 4 to prepare for Eurovision 2025. Nina Žižić will perform in the second semi-final on May 15, aiming to captivate audiences with her heartfelt presentation.

Nina Žižić Who Are You?

Nina Žižić, a 39-year-old Montenegrin singer, began her musical career as a member of the girl group Negre.

She is no stranger to Eurovision, having represented Montenegro alongside the duo Who See at Eurovision 2013 in Malmö, Sweden, with the song “Igranka“. Despite the song’s popularity and fourth-place ranking in public votes, low jury scores prevented it from reaching the final.
