Slovenia at Eurovision 2025: Klemen won the Slovenian national selection and will perform the song “How Much Time Do We Have Left” on the Eurovision 2025 stage. Listen to the song.

How Much Time Do We Have Left” is the title of the song that will be performed by singer Klemen, who will represent Slovenia in the first semi-final of Eurovision 2025, taking place on May 13th in Basel, Switzerland. Klemen‘s song was written by the singer himself along with Maja Slatinšek, who previously participated in the Slovenian national selection in 2006, and Ryan Small, who is new to the Eurovision world. The song is performed in English.

Klemen took the stage in a black and silver suit, standing alone with orange lights in the background. As the performance progressed, dancers joined him, lifting and embracing him in a touching manner. The song tells a poignant story about the narrator’s wife who is ill and facing death. In the lyrics, Klemen laments life and expresses appreciation for the time he had with his wife, praising her immense strength and mourning her impending loss.

The Slovenian national selection was hosted by MRFY band’s lead singer, Gregor Strasbergar, known by his stage name Štras, and Raiven, who represented Slovenia at Eurovision 2024 held last year in Malmö.

Lyrics of “How Much Time Do We Have Left”

Our baby boy
Was crawling in the living room
You read a diagnosis
It said that you’d be dying soon
It was a sunny day
Through the window
There were people going on their ways
Our little child had the biggest smile
While we couldn’t do nothing but cry

How much time do we have left together
We never know
All I know is I don’t wanna be here
Without your love
How much time do we have left together
We never know
We never know
Wish we could take it slow

A man in white
With a room full of diplomas
Trying to get it right
Could put you under hypnosis
By saying to give up the fight
But you were always determined to try

How much time do we have left together
We never know
All I know is I don’t wanna be here
Without your love
How much time do we have left together
We never know
We never know
But we keep standing strong

I admire your power
I admire your will
You made me question the world
You made me question what’s real
I admire your power
I admire your will
Your ability to heal

I admire your power
I admire your will
The way you never gave up
Until you grew wings
And you learned how to fly
Made a loop in the sky
You landed right into my arms

How much time do we have left together
We never know
All I know is I don’t wanna be here
Without your love
How much time do we have left together
We never know
We never know
Wish we could tаke it ѕlow
