The selection show was hosted by Marte Stokstad, who has previously hosted the competition, Markus Neby, and Tete Lidbom. the program opened with a guest performance by Gåte, Norway’s Eurovision 2024 representatives with the song “Ulveham“. Before the voting closed, Poland’s Eurovision 2016 representative Michał Szpak performed. Also, the norwegian duo Marcus & Martinus, sweden’s 2024 reprerepresentatives preformed.
Kyle Alessandro – Who are you?
Kyle Alessandro began his career at the age of ten on the show Norske Talenter in 2017 and continued to appear on other programs. He also released his debut album “Første kapittel” at that time. In 2023, he participated in the Norwegian national selection as part of Umami Tsunami, where they reached the final with the song “Geronimo” but finished in last place.

Eurovision 2025: This will be Norway’s 63rd participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. Norway joined the competition in 1960 and has won it three times. Norway’s most recent victory was in 2009 with the song “Fairytale,” performed by Alexander Rybak.
