Tonight at 20:00 CET, “Sing for Greece 2026” will come to an end, culminating in the reveal of the entry that will represent Greece at Eurovision 2026 in Vienna, Austria. The “Sing for Greece 2026” grand final will take place this evening at the Peiraios 260 hall in Athens, hosted by Giorgos KapoutzidisBetty Maggira and Katerina Vrana. Fourteen artists will compete for the chance to represent Greece this May, with the winner chosen by a combination of 50% public vote and 50% jury vote.

Greece will be the 11th country to select a song for Eurovision 2026, Following AlbaniaMontenegroMoldovaMaltaLuxembourgUkraine and Cyprus, Estonia, Denmark and Latvia. It will also be the 15th country to select its representative, as GeorgiaSwitzerlandIsrael and Bulgaria also join the list.

The final will begin at 20:00 and continue until 23:00 CET.

 Who to Watch Tonight?

In a poll we conducted, our readers chose the singer Evangelia as the favorite to win, with 35.56% of the voters’ votes. In second place, just two percent behind the first, came Akylas with 33.33% of the votes. In third place came ZAF, who received about 12.22% of the votes.

EuroMix editorial team, who listened to all the songs, agreed with the readers and also chose Evangelia as its preferred candidate to represent Greece at Eurovision 2026. The team awarded Evangelia 127 points, placing her first. Betting Odds and Streaming platforms

According to betting agencies, Akylas is currently the clear favorite to win the Greek selection, with a 69% chance of victory, followed by Good Job Nicky with 17%. Marseaux completes the top three with a 4% chance of winning.

On YouTube, Akylas leads the field by a large margin, with around 3 million views. In second place in terms of views is Good Job Nicky, with about 1 million views, while Evangelia ranks third with approximately 920,000 views.

Beyond betting odds and YouTube views, overall social media metrics point to Akylas as the leading contender to win the Greek final. Since the release of the song “Ferto” last month, social networks have been flooded with enthusiastic reactions, and many fans have even compared the artist and the track to Käärijä, Finland’s representative and Eurovision 2023 runner-up with the song “Cha Cha Cha”. Could Greece be emerging as a major televote favorite for Eurovision 2026?

Don’t Forget to Vote!

Similar to the semi-finals, audience voting will also be available in the Grand Final for viewers from Greece and for audiences worldwide.

During the broadcast, a QR code will be displayed on screen, through which it will be possible to vote online. The voting cost will be €0.68, while the maximum number of votes will be 10 votes per viewer. Holders of a Greek phone number will also be able to vote via SMS, according to the instructions shown during the broadcast.

The Grand Final results will be determined based on a 50/50 vote weighting  the viewers’ votes will constitute half of the final result, while the other half will be decided by the professional jury panel.

Voting will open at the beginning of the evening and close after the performance of the final artist.




Greece at Eurovision 2025

“Asteromáta” (in English: “Eyes of Stars”) is the song performed by Klavdia, who represented Greece in the grand final of Eurovision 2025. Greece qualified to the grand final after finishing fourth in the second semi-final, with 112 points. In the grand final, Greece finished sixth in the grand final with 231 points, finishing eighth in both jury’s & public’s votes.

The sixth place that Greece achieved is considered the country’s best result since 2013 — when it ranked sixth as well.

Eurovision 2026: This will be Greece’s 46th participation in Eurovision. Greece joined the competition in 1974 and achieved its best result in Eurovision 2005 when singer Helena Paparizou won first place with the song “My Number One”.
