“Eurovision has always been a dream of mine. I didn’t know weather it would be possible for me, and I’m so grateful that it’s actually happening now.”

Evan’s song was composed by the Greek composer Dimitris Kontopoulos, who has written, produced, and composed 18 Eurovision songs to date. The song was written by Linda Dale and Lasse Nymann who co-wrote and produced the winning Eurovision 2024 song “The Code” alongside the Norwegian singer-songwriter Elsie Bay. Evan expresses that working with this team is a blessing and that he comes with high expectations for Eurovision in Basel. His main goal is to be the best version of himself and meet the expectations set by both the singer and the team.

Regarding the Israeli song, “New Day Will Rise” by Yuval Raphael, Evan said:

“I listened to snippets, it sounds amazing. It’s such a powerful ballad. I really loved what I’ve heard.”

In conclusion, the singer shared a message full of anticipation and excitement for EuroMix viewers:

“I wish that we bring a very strong and powerful show to you because our goal is to entertain and present something that has an influence and has a last-thing impact.”
