John Lundvik, who represented Sweden in Eurovision 2019, is expected to compete in the Swedish Eurovision selection for 2025.
According to sources in Sweden, singer John Lundvik is likely to return to participate in the Swedish Eurovision selection, Melodifestivalen 2025, which will choose the country’s representative for Eurovision 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. If the information is indeed correct, this would mark Lundvik’s fourth time participating in the Swedish Melodifeesttivalen as a singer and fifth time overall.
The report about Lundvik comes from the Swedish newspaper “Expressen,” which in the past two weeks also reported that singer Klara Hammarström and Eurovision 2015 winner Måns Zelmerlöw are potential artists for the upcoming Melodifestivalen. Among other things, anonymous sources told that Måns has a song that is “nothing less than a hit” in his pocket, and to bring the song to the Melodifestivalen stage properly, he intends to collaborate with Fredrik Rydman, who was responsible for the choreography of his winning Eurovision performance.
