Preparations for Eurovision 2027 in Bulgaria are underway, and the list of participating countries is taking shape. While everyone waits for official announcements, we’ve decided to get ahead and reveal the artists who must compete. We continue with the next countries to confirm participation in Eurovision 2027: Italy, Israel, and Romania. Here is the list of artists for whom we believe the Eurovision stage is the perfect platform for them.

Who Should Represent Italy at Eurovision 2027?

Clara:
Clara Soccini, known simply by her first name Clara, was born in a small town in Italy on October 25, 1999, and is 26 years old. Clara is an Italian singer, songwriter, and actress. In 2020, Soccini launched her music career by featuring on the song “io e te” by rapper Nicola Siciliano. Following that, in 2020 and 2021, she released three singles: “Freak“, “Ammirerò“, and “Bilico“.
Her breakthrough with the Italian public came after starring in the youth drama series “The Sea Beyond” in 2023–2024. Her major milestone for international audiences and Eurovision fans occurred when she competed in and won “Sanremo Giovani” – the Sanremo festival for young artists – earning her a spot to compete in the 2024 Sanremo Music Festival with the song “DIAMANTI GREZZI“. She returned to the festival the following year, this time with the song “FEBBRE“.
Ditonellapiaga:
Margherita Carducci, performing under the stage name Ditonellapiaga, is an Italian singer-songwriter born in Rome, the capital of Italy, on February 5, 1997, and is 29 years old. Her musical career began in 2017 when she started collaborating with artists from the Roman music scene, including Alessandro Casagni, Lorenzo Taddei, and Flavio Calogero. Afterward, she decided to create her own original music. “Parli“, her debut single, was released in 2019, created together with the Roman producer duo Bbprod.
Her debut album, “Camouflage“, was released on January 14, 2022. Additionally, that same year she participated in the Sanremo Music Festival alongside singer Donatella Rettore with the song “Chimica“. On November 30, 2025, it was announced that she was one of the artists participating in the Sanremo Music Festival for 2026. She competed with the song “Che fastidio!“. Her song finished in third place overall, though in the opinion of most Eurovision fans, it should have won the national selection and represented the country in the contest.
Sarah Toscano:
Sarah Toscano is an Italian singer-songwriter born in the city of Vigevano on January 9, 2006, and is 20 years old. In 2024, she won the twenty-third edition of the Italian talent show “Amici di Maria De Filippi“. Besides being a successful singer, she is also a tennis player. Toscano competed in a women’s tennis league and won the provincial tennis championship in 2020 with her team.
Toscano competed in Sanremo in 2025 with the song “Amarcord“, finishing in 17th place in the competition. Following the disappointment at the festival, Sarah released her debut album, “Met Gala“. It is an album full of powerful femininity with insanely catchy songs that simply stay stuck in your head. Among the tracks on the album are “Desco“, “Taki“, and “Atlantide,” which was part of the soundtrack for the film “Non Abbiam Bisogno di Parole”.
ANNA:
Anna Pepe, known by her stage name ANNA, is an Italian singer and rapper born in La Spezia on August 15, 2003, and is 23 years old. Her father is a DJ, and her mother is a sculptor. In 2020, she became the youngest artist to reach number one on the Italian singles chart with “Bando“, her debut single. The single remained at the top of the Italian chart for three consecutive weeks.
The album “Vera Baddie” spent nine consecutive weeks at the top of the Italian chart, matching a record held since 2008 by the album “Primavera in anticipo” by Eurovision 2022 host Laura Pausini – the record for the longest-running number-one album by a female artist. The single “30°C” reached number one in its 13th week on the chart, making Anna the first female artist in a decade to top both the Italian album and singles charts simultaneously.

Meshi Kleinstein:
Meshi Kleinstein is an Israeli actress, singer, and voice actress born on February 2, 1992, and is 34 years old. Kleinstein is the eldest daughter of singers Rami Kleinstein and Rita, Israel’s representative at Eurovision 1990 with the song “Sara Be’rehovot”, with which she finished in 18th place. Meshi has a younger sister, Noam, a young and breakthrough singer, as well as two half-brothers and a half-sister from her father’s second marriage.
Already at the age of 5, she wrote and composed her first song. Her parents channeled her love for acting and singing into a voice acting career from childhood. At age 10, for Mother’s Day, Meshi performed in Caesarea alongside her parents with a song she wrote for her mother Rita. Many Israelis know Meshi from the song “אוטובוס אחרון לחיפה“, created by Elai Botner.
A rumor circulating across the country claims that Meshi is about to compete in “Hakokhav HaBa for Eurovision 2027“. Will it actually happen in the end? We can only wait and find out.
Ella Lee Lahav:
Ella Lee Lahav, known simply by her first name Ella Lee, is an Israeli singer and actress born on June 2, 2003, and is 23 years old. In 2020, she gained fame following her participation in the seventh season of “Hakokhav HaBa for Eurovision“. Ultimately, Ella Lee finished in second place, even though she was the clear favorite to win throughout the entire season. Many Israelis, to this day, claim that Ella Lee was robbed and must represent her country in the coveted competition soon.
Shortly after she participated in Hakokhav HaBa, she released her debut single, “זוט עני“, which drew mixed reviews but became a hit within a few days, reaching number one on Media Forest’s weekly chart and smashing the Israeli annual chart, where she also won the title “Breakthrough of the Year”.
Carakukly:
The musical connection between sisters Tali and Liron Carkukli took place in 2013 during the first season of the reality show “The X Factor Israel”. Although each came to audition separately for the show, they were asked to perform a song together. For their first audition in front of the judges and the audience, they chose the song “Toxic” by Britney Spears, during which they played an organ together. Following the success of the performance, they chose to continue as a musical duo named “Carkukli” on Ivri Lider‘s team, reaching the quarter-finals.
After “The X Factor”, the duo began performing across the country. In July 2017, they launched their debut album “מי אם לא את“, which they worked on together with singer Dor Daniel. On May 21, 2018, the duo released “תשע נשמות“, their first single as the duo “Karkukli“. The single was very successful and accumulated millions of streams across various streaming platforms.
In addition to Meshi Kleinstein, it was recently revealed that the duo Karkukli is also expected to participate in the upcoming season of “Hakokhav HaBa for Eurovision 2027“.
Inbal Bibi:
Inbal Bibi is an Israeli singer and actress born on September 19, 1997, and is 28 years old. Bibi began her musical career in 2013 when she was selected to participate at a young age in the first season of “The X Factor Israel”. Bibi was assigned to Rami Fortis‘s girls category, was among the standout contestants of the season, and reached the semi-finals. In April 2016, she began portraying the character of Yuval Hoffman in the youth drama series “Ne’elamim”, where she also sang the theme song “נצלול” and “מישהו כמוני.
In 2021, she competed for a second time on the reality show “The X Factor” in its fourth season with the goal of representing Israel at Eurovision 2022 with the song “Marionette“, finishing in third place. Bibi performed the song an octave beyond her range and consequently suffered from a hemorrhage, edema, and throat bleeding after the show’s final, leaving her unable to speak for a period of time. Although the performance in the final was not perfect, Eurovision fans in Israel and around the world were outraged by the final results, claiming that Inbal Bibi should have represented us in the competition in Turin.

Delia:
Delia Matache, usually known simply as Delia, is a Romanian singer and television personality born in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, on February 7, 1982, and is 44 years old. She was a member of the pop group N&D between 1999 and 2002. Afterward, in 2002, she launched her career as a solo artist and has since established herself as one of the most successful Romanian artists, releasing a string of hits that topped the local music charts.
That same year, she launched her debut album, “Parfum de fericire“. The album’s title track enjoyed great success in Romania and even reached fourth place on the local charts. Many do not know this, but Matache previously tried to represent Romania at Eurovision in 2006. She competed that year with two different songs. In the first semi-final, she competed with “Gândești prea high“, with which she advanced to the final and ultimately finished in fourth place. On the other hand, she competed in the second semi-final with “Baby“, but finished in tenth place – second to last and did not advance to the final.
Emy Alupei:
Emilia Andreea Alupei, known by her stage name Emy Alupei, is a Romanian hip-hop and trap singer born in Bucharest on February 22, 1999, and is 27 years old. She first gained fame in her country in 2016 when she participated in the show X Factor România, from which she was eliminated at an early stage. On July 3, 2018, she independently released her debut single, “#Hate“. Later that year, she signed a recording contract with the record label “Cat Music”, and on November 1, 2018, released the single “Hannah Montana“.
Eurovision fans first got to know Emy in the Romanian national selection, where she competed with the song “Tili Bom”. Emy delivered an unforgettable performance, one of the most iconic performances seen in Eurovision and national selections. The iconic performance was not enough for her, and instead Alexandra Căpitănescu won with the song “Choke Me“, which sparked widespread online controversy but ultimately finished in third place at Eurovision 2026 – Romania’s best result to date, alongside 2010, when the country was represented by the duo Paula Seling & Ovi with the song “Playing With Fire“.
Aura Șova:
Aura Șova, winner of the 12th season of “The Voice Romania”, is emerging as one of the most intriguing promises in the Romanian music scene. Șova, a doctoral student in architecture who was raised by her grandmother Măndița, brings a unique blend of a powerful voice, a mysterious vibe, and a deep connection to her roots and local folklore.
In her official debut single, “Drăgaicele“, she takes ancient Romanian myths and dresses them in modern attire that blends pop, electronic touches, and traditional musical instruments such as the caval (shepherd’s flute). The result is an ethnic-modern, deep, and surprising work – exactly the kind of material Eurovision fans love to hear.
JO:
JO is one of the most respected and successful pop singers in Romania, leading a rich musical scene thanks to her unique voice and the ability to turn raw emotions into major hits. With a string of successful hits such as “Mă mai ia“, “Tot la tine mă întorc“, and “Să curgă șampania“, JO has created an authentic, powerful, and moving artistic world. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the Romanian music industry, positioning her as one of the most intriguing and prominent artists on the local scene.
The years 2025–2026 are shaping up to be the boldest and most significant phase of JO‘s career to date. With a fresh mix of modern pop, urban influences, and bursting feminine energy, the singer is stepping into a new, honest, brave, and more authentic artistic era than ever—centered around the release of her debut album, “FATATA“. Immediately after the album’s launch, JO once again conquered her country’s music charts and social media with the hit “Mor după tine“.
