
Today, rehearsals for Eurovision 2026 continue with two dress rehearsals ahead of tomorrow’s first semi-final, broadcast live from Vienna. We’ll provide updates throughout the day as new information arrives.
Preparations for Eurovision 2026 are in full swing. Yesterday, the official opening ceremony took place, and after a day’s break, rehearsals have resumed at the contest’s venue. This evening, the first two dress rehearsals for the first semi-final will be held, ahead of tomorrow’s live broadcast from Vienna, Austria at 21:00 CET.
The first dress rehearsal is scheduled for today at 15:30 and will run until 18:30. The second dress rehearsal (Jury Show) will take place at 21:00 and conclude at 23:45. During these rehearsals, all 15 countries participating in tomorrow’s first semi-final will perform in order, with Moldova opening the show and Serbia closing it.
The EuroMix team is currently stationed inside the Media Center in Vienna and will provide continuous updates on each dress rehearsal as it happens.

Eurovision 2026: the 70th edition of the contest will take place in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026. The Wiener Stadthalle arena, which will host the event, is expected to accommodate around 16,000 spectators per show. The contest returns to Austria following the nation’s third historic win with the song “Wasted Love”, performed by JJ. It will be Austria’s third time hosting Eurovision, after previous editions held in the country in 1967 and 2015.
